On Monday, August 28th, the Northwest Boys and Girls Cross Country teams traveled to Ames to run in the 55th Kirk Schmaltz Invite. The Varsity Boys came in third place and the Varsity Girls finished in 6th. This was the first meet of the season and their next meet is in Marshalltown on Thursday, September 7th.
